We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. All shipments originate from our licensed pharmacy facility in San Diego, California.

Delivery Requirements

Signature Confirmation

  • Required for all orders over $499
  • Required for all expedited and express shipments
  • May be required based on your location or carrier policy
  • Someone 18+ must be present to sign for delivery

No Signature Required

  • Available for standard shipping orders under $499
  • Package will be left at delivery address
  • Customer assumes responsibility once delivered

Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted but no one is available:

  • Carrier will leave a notice with instructions
  • Package may be held at local facility for pickup
  • Typically 2-3 delivery attempts will be made
  • After final attempt, package may be returned to sender

Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays:

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • Refunds will be issued minus shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable)

Undeliverable Packages

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Damaged Packages

  2. Take photos of the damaged package and contents

  4. Keep all packaging materials

We will arrange for a replacement shipment at no charge.


Holidays and Non-Delivery Days

We do not ship on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on or immediately before holidays may experience processing delays. We recommend placing orders in advance if you need medication during holiday periods.


International Shipping

Order Modifications
